About me

My name is Vlado Nemček, and I am a conservation biologist, ecologist, and environmental scientist. I live in Slovakia, an interesting country with diverse nature and landscapes.

It is a pleasure to have an alluvial landscape just 10 minutes from my house. A part of my work is to research nature and to use the obtained knowledge in conservation work. I believe that science and education are the right way to minimize the impact on nature.
